Academics photographs
This collection consists of photographs of Drexel University academic departments or programs and related colleges, locations, and other subjects.
Alpha Sigma Alpha records
This collection documents the activity of the Nu Nu chapter of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority. The most substantial records include scrapbooks and scrapbook pages from 1958-1982 which depict rush events, initiation celebrations, philanthropic events, and mixers. Other records include administrative documents which contain a copy of the Alpha Sigma Alpha constitution, chapter awards and membership certificates, chapter cookbook, a paddle, and two wood plaques.

Directories collection
This collection contains faculty lists, and phone directories for faculty, staff, and students, and alumni directories.
One copy of each alumni directory is stored in the reading room, and any extra copies are stored off-site.
Events photographs
This collection consists of photographs of Drexel University campus and organizations' events.
Lexerd photographs
This collection consists of photographs, proof sheets, zip disks and CDs of pictures taken for the Lexerd yearbook. The date range is from 1962 to 2007, but the bulk of the items are from 1999 to 2007. Some of the photographs in this collection can also be found in the Lexerd yearbooks. Subjects of the photographs include athletics, views of the city and campus, Drexel events, faculty and academic departments, fraternities and sororities, and student organizations.

Student handbooks and guides
This collection consists of handbooks and guides used to educate incoming students about Drexel, from 1925-2006. Guides contain school rules and regulations; information about student organizations, athletics, and academic life; event calendars; and details about the surrounding Philadelphia area. Additionally, many of the early guides have special sections covering the expected comportment of female students.
