Women's Athletics collection

Scope and content note

The bulk of the collection consists of minutes of Women's Athletic Association meetings from 1908 to 1913, 1928-1949, and 1956-1958 and financial records from 1904 to 1914 and 1946 to 1960. At earlier dates, financial records of the WAA and the physical education department are maintained separately, but during the later period they are interfiled together. The collection also includes a series of sheet music; articles, programs, and publications relating to physical education for women.
