Overview
Naomi Rogers, PhD is a professor in the History of Medicine and of History at Yale University. In 1998, she published her book, An Alternative Path: The Making and Remaking of Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital of Philadelphia. Rogers carried out extensive research at the Drexel University College of Medicine’s Legacy Center and Archives during the 1990s with the help of archivist, Barbara Williams. Collection contains Rogers’ research materials for Alternative Path, including photocopies of Hahnemann annual announcements, minutes, and books. There are also several manuscripts of Alternative Path, as well as correspondence concerning the book and book committee meeting minutes.
