This collection consists of one folder of incoming and outgoing (carbon copy) correspondence of J. Theodore Peters, Assistant Professor of Physics. The papers include both internal Drexel memoranda and external correspondence, particularly with suppliers of scientific equipment.

Biographical / Historical
Professor J. Theodore Peters was an Assistant Professor of Physics at Drexel starting in 1958, with a focus in spectroscopy. He was born in 1905 in Friendsville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree from Ealham College in 1926 and his masters of science from Penn State University in 1930. Professor Peters was also an activist for peace in the late 1960's.
