Robert Philip Benedict (1924-1986) worked as both a mechanical engineer for the Westinghouse Electric Corporation from 1951 to circa 1984 and an adjunct professor for the Drexel Evening College from 1958 to 1986. Rosalind Schulman was a professor of economics in Drexel's College of Business Administration from 1965 to 1979. She was considered an expert on industrial development in Pennsylvania and became an economic consultant to the Commonwealth in 1969. In 1974, she was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Milton J. Engineer in Training exam (EIT) was modernized to Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and is a precursor to the Professional Engineering exam. The Evening College ran a review course for each and Mr. Benedict taught parts of both. The courses are now no longer offered.
