Scope and Contents This collection contains two printing blocks from the American Entomological Society. The large printing block was made from a sketch of the same design. The large printing block is to create certificates for members of the society. A metal printing plate is attached to a wooden block for support. These letters written to John Lawrence LeConte by 101 authors are for the most part taken from the files of the American Entomological Society, but include also 18 written by T. W. Harris to John LeConte. The collection was archived from the Entomological Department and here preserved under LeConte's name.
