Overview Walter Lee Sheppard was an important member of the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania community starting in 1919 and running through the early 1940s. Beginning as the college's legal councel, he also served on the Board of Corporators, held the position of chairman for the Commitee of Appointments, Promotion, and Tenure, was a member of the Executive Committee of the Corporation, and eventaully became the Vice President of the College.
